@Pachyman no. This is something set up by a semi-autonomous fashion.
Either an auto scraper or someone submitted a list of interesting Twitter accounts for a server to automate scraping. But they more than likely have know knowledge this exists and it won’t really work for the reasons I mentioned in my prior post.

@Pachyman if you see an instances host name mention Twitter, it’s probably one of these mirrors and isn’t going to work for a number of reasons. Abandoned instances set up before Twitter shut down their API.

In general let alone with technology. If it wasn’t for the fact that this is my field I doubt I’d be able to keep up.
One thing to remember here is that Twitter = commercial & exploitative, Mastodon = community owned and non-exploitative.
Any mentioning of Twitter by a server (not individuals) screams “I missed the point” and should be suspect.
