@Simon @mmasnick Brilliant and funny! I half understood why the current owner of the bird place was in trouble and was misguided, but this makes his travails so clear.

IMO there'll never be any solutions that'll satisfy the people most in need of being moderated because they don't want a solution. The best I can think of is going back to the BBS network policy of making all moderation decisions and the material supporting them public so the rational people can decide for themselves whether you got it wrong or not.
