Joshua HollandReporters and editors seem incapable of framing the #trumpindictment as a vital affirmation of the rule of law rather than some risky gamble with the legitimacy of our justice system. I haven't seen a piece suggesting that *not* holding him accountable might undermine public trust.

@JoshuaHolland They’re not interested in public trust, they want public submission. It’s the same reason they’ve long used “the commander in chief” to refer to the president, subtly implying that all of us are subject to a dictator’s commands whether or not we’ve ever joined or been conscripted into the military.
