Trying to run the dishwasher in France. Nothing appears to be dishwasher liquid. This looks like the closest thing. Is that what it is?

You know you can use your iPhone camera to translate the text on the package, right? I do it all the time with Japanese products and usage directions.

@nightscotsman Yes, and with Google Translate too. The translation wasn't as crystal clear (get it!) as I liked.
