We've made good progress since we've baked it into our contracts that if it's EOL and shit goes down, despite our advisement and reasonable attempts to secure your environment, you're SOL.
The number of environments we inherit from other MSPs that have on-prem 2003, 2008, etc. is out of control. Who operates like this and thinks it's okay?
@NosirrahSec @astraleureka @GossiTheDog Absolutely critical. You can't force your client to replace something, but you can absolutely put on paper that they are aware of your recommendation and choosing to ignore it.
