Five years ago today, someone heard a squeaking coming from a bin. They investigated and found two newborn puppies in a bag, in the bin. They took those puppies to the dog shelter run by https://www.instagram.com/libearty_bear_sanctuary/.

The puppies were saved and were hand reared by the team at the shelter. When they were old enough, they were put up for adoption.
Today, Lemmy lives in London. He lives with generalised anxiety disorder. The meds help but anxiety is always going to be part of his daily life. Sensitive skin means he wears a selection of very smart T-shirts. Still, he’s a happy boy.
All that to say, Lemmy is five today!
Also, he’s a jerk.
His brother Hank (of https://www.instagram.com/sashalolahankrescue/ fame) lives in Essex. Although Lemmy was originally the smaller of the two, last I heard, he’s about 2 kg bigger than Hank these days.
