🔥USA East Coast friends: if the #Wildfire smoke is thick in your area, build a Corsi-Rosenthal box filter. These are inexpensive to build and very effective, and they filter and exchange the air in your house very efficiently. We use them extensively here in the western US when the fire smoke is bad. @bud_t At the time I was setting my house up for #covid and ~ 12 air changes/hour, I used this online tool to get current pricing and number of filter recommendations for the cubic volume of my rooms - it makes it very easy to select the proper filtration for the targeted air change rate! Back then the Taotronics TT-AP003 was even cheaper than than the DIY Corsi Rosenthal, but this is no longer the case.
