I couldn't find an easy way to do that, but they do have an easy to use #GDPR form at:

I filled it in and got these CSVs a few days later.

Daniel Schildt@danieldurrans @Edent Have seen somewhat similarly named files on other services. Might be that each of the filenames are related to different database tables / data sources, and the file naming just reflects that.
