The people I have to deal with seem incapable of answering more than one question at a time. Like do they get to the end of the first sentence and just stop reading?? Hello!! There's more words!! Keep going!!

I put the questions in a bullet-point list.

@Talia_christine oh lord... yeah then this is a hopeless battle. What I always get is one of those emails where the person replies inline... which is fine because I get answers even though they are down in the body of my own message
