Al Gorithm@john1954moi I don't fully understand the age grading. My wife (who is much fitter than me) is a shade under 60% but my absolute best is 46.6%. I appreciate I'm on the precipice of the next age category, but does that mean that I am in poor shape compared to literally the rest of the planet? It only identifies 60% as 'local level' so presumably under this is 'rubbish level'?
Piglet@TheBreadmonkey @john1954moi I think it's compared to record pace for each age group, i.e. 100% is matching elite level, so realativly your wife is close to elite women in her age band than you are to elite men in yours.
