I alluded to my experience as a black artist on social media a month or two ago. I got a bunch of white people in my mentions, some listening respectfully but others tryna start an argument and talk over me.
And I said this in the Black mastodon group. And it took a moment for me to process this: wait, where the Black ppl at in this convo???
