@jeffjarvis This is a decent movie exploring this type of subject. I don't think it implausible in some future and taking heed now may build the necessary rules in any system to stop it from ever happening. In this case the drone should also be rewarded for not doing certain things, like taking out obstacles that are there for good reason. Again, understanding its speculative simulation and this is just a movie.
