Something that took me over a year to complete and I think it’s my best work yet and can’t wait to start taking on Asana, Trello and Todoist with the next few updates!

@alsmo with this new Tasks Cloud feature that I’ve added finally, it’s going to be coming in an update really soon where you’d be able to do these basic things and more!

You can probably expect adding tasks via mail by July!

@mufasayc awesome! Have always loved the design and feel but really enjoy automated ways of dumping things into an inbox to parse later. Will play around with the new version in anticipation of that. Thanks!

@skylocke0x hey, absolutely, I’d hate the same. Tasks is now been there for 3 years and it’s now more than just an indie app, but an indie team (full time team) so we’re here to stay 😄

@mufasayc Thanks for the quick response! Remember to sleep (even though it’s launch day!) this is the bug I found: when creating a new todo and creating a tag on the spot, the app becomes unresponsive when you try to save the tag. Here’s a quick video I made 👇

@JetForMe yes absolutely, for that i'd recommend you right click (or long press) a project, sync it with Tasks Cloud, and then start inviting people to collaborate, that experience is better than and far more reliable than iCloud sharing experience that the app defaults to - we use it ourselves to build the product and it's been great for us!

@mufasayc Very cool. I currently use Trello, but being a web/electron app, it kinda, you know, blows. Unfortunately, I do share some boards with others, and there is some friction in requiring them to install an app.

@mufasayc Looks good! I’m not a regular user, but your app sits prominently in my Inspiration folder for a reason.
