My favorite example of how Top Secret/ SCI information is supposed to be handled was in the movie "The Report."

In it, Adam Driver plays a staffer for Senator Diane Feinstein who was assigned to create a report about the CIA's "Detention and Interrogation program" created after 9/11. He and several co-workers spent more than a year in an extremely secure facility.
