Pfffff, even if this was true - I don't know your highway code - , whatever has been put on paper often does not equal reality. Reality here mostly means that there is a bias towards car drivers killing cyclists (and pedestrians and each other ...). Children cycling on the pavement is not the problem here. #SlowDownCowboy
