my old laptop did this.

It might have been something to do with the idiot that installed linux on it.

anywhoo apparently you can bypass the "dear god, please no, stop I am too hot" checks and compiling Haskell did horrid things and it's never really run properly since.

@fanf42 literally nothing. This was happening when I was just sitting in vs-code with a Scala file open. Updating scala-cli seems to have improved things.
