Can sensitive & reactive features on devices be considered to artificially conscious (AC) ?. Independent entities they aren't, b/c the lack of independent/collective self-maintenance.
Can the lack of evolution based selfish "genes" be substitutet with development based "selfish" algorithms?
#AI absorbs info about its maintenance, but could an advanced #AI (perhaps by self-recoding) invent survival "instincts" (survival instructions)?
