I dont think anybody knows how to deal with disruptive changes because they are ... disruptive. Claiming #agile knows how to deal with it just discredits agile. Sounds like selling used cars.

Responding to change over following a plan is the catch-all for your objection. Lots of people are attempting to understand and exploit the changes of AI, which will be in the corporate office. Obviously, you are skeptical, which is an honest response.
