Lars Mølgaard Saxhaug@matdesgro @rombarthelemy Given how psychatry is basically all syndromes, likely based on heterogeneous pathophysiologicql pathways, it’s no wonder it’s difficult to find effective treatments, or rather it’s rather amazing that such evidence even exists.

Though some time I have a feeling that psychiatry is more Emotional-based medicine rather than evidence-based 😂
But seriously, I agree with you. We come a (long) way with pathophysiological pathways. We can build on that with a better understanding of biomarkers, phenotypes, etc
