Now means demand that all carbon spending end, and wind solar collection be built at fastest possible speed.

Also, people should be aware that if you have solar panels on your roof and there's a blackout, then you'll have no electricity and a non-working panel on your roof.
To have electricity in blackouts, people need solar power systems with off-grid capacity, but those are much more expensive (because they require energy storage).
Yep, build grids, build solar coll3ctors, build wind systems. Spend the money, see risksm dont burn carbon.
Here is a GREAT Place to put wind generation, mile after thousands of miles of transmission lines, already removed from residences, already next to the power, next to needa.
Relace the towers with towers that can hold lines, and wind generation.
Unfortunately, that wouldn't work unless you replace overhead lines with buried power lines (which are much more expensive and carbon-intensive than overhead lines), because for safety reasons building stuff with rotating blades near lines that carry lots of power is frowned upon.

We set up a separate electrical box for our backup system,it goes on automatically when the power goes out.
Main thing we needed was for them to upgrade the transformer near our house, to handle our power generation. (We are grid-tied,with battery backup). Might be you just need an electrician to set up the box that handles a subset of what is needed, and the automatic switch

Nothing stands in the way of saving civilization from climate collapse except tired old men trying to increase the amount of money in their caskets.
Merely voting to end carbon, voting for parties who will build solar and wind with the billions now spent on oil is enough.
Only that will save us, only democracy, only good government, only fair taxation.
Make a call, make friends, make appointments.
We can do this.
I heard of one agreement that just accepted the normal utility fee until the installation was paid off, so the customer never paid more for the install . Youza thats fantastic, lets get some jobs set up. It pays for itself.
