My Grandma, maybe 75, her neighbor, and neighbor's <5 kid were chatting by the fence when the kid asked my grandma, wearing sleeveless, what was under her arm (loose flapping skin). His mother was mortified, but my grandma laughed and explained that it just happens when you get old.
