As I finish planning on a workshop about the end of DH projects, including end-of-project management, digital preservation options, assessing success, & ways to move forward with next projects (including course-integrated digital projects and/or collaborations), I'd love to hear any advice that you think I should share with the group. @kfitz @elotroalex @benwbrum @sharonmleon @[email protected] @[email protected] @kalanicraig @miriamkp @foundhistory @Readywriting

Jeff, are you familiar with the #SustainingDH projects/workshops, the SocioTechnical Sustainability Roadmap? https://sites.haa.pitt.edu/sustainabilityroadmap/
Team at Pitt led by Alison Langmeade, Chelsea Gunn, Aisling Quigley

Chelsea offers a few other links related to this project’s multiple resources that are super useful : https://chelseagunn.com/Sustaining-DH

The work doesn’t necessarily give all the answers, but it provides work sheets for walking through the steps for identifying people, resources, assets, requirements for the project, and the encouragement to repeat every 3 years.
Last fall, they released a facilitators guide to running a workshop with the toolkit, https://sites.haa.pitt.edu/sustainabilityroadmap/resources-for-facilitators/.
