@mivox @sadele2 @blogdiva I often borrow Aimée Morrison's turn of phrase that Gen X mothers are finally starting to "inherit ADHD from their kids" (in other words are finally being diagnosed after their children are).

It still blows my mind that ADHD runs so obviously through my family, but of folks older than me, only my Mom recognizes it in her (although hasn't bothered with an official diagnosis).
