Day 3 of Flonase and Allegra not cutting it. Here's goes Claritin. Saving the Benadryl for as close to after work as possible.

#allergiesSuck

@gairdeachas Good luck. I have both outdoor allergies (tree pollen this time of year, among others) & indoor allergies (cats: we have 7 right now). I survive on generic Claritin-D. Unfortunately, idiots take this life-restoring medicine & transform part of it into a precursor of methamphetamine, so now you can only buy it in small quantities, at the pharmacy counter, at roughly the rate you use it.

@gairdeachas You have to show ID, you're tracked like a criminal, & woe to you if you lose, accidentally damage, or forget to pack it when traveling. I misplaced the bag containing the box of 15 tablets I bought at Costco 2w ago. I think I'm finally eligible to go buy a replacement without someone serving a warrant to search my house for a meth lab. I've been limping along on less effective meds in the meantime.

Good luck in your search!

@gairdeachas Oh, and if you do find the Claritin-D variety to help, and you have a Costco pharmacy nearby, their brand of it is "AllerClear-D 24", and it's the best price I've found. It's like half the price of the the generic at most pharmacies / Target / Walmart, which itself is a big savings over the name brand Claritin-D. You don't need to be a Costco member to go to their pharmacy.
