Anyone know the status of MoCA 3.0 (i.e. 10G over coax)?

Comcast did a DOCSIS 4.0 prototype last year and is apparently getting ready to roll out 10G service.

Haven't heard anything on MoCA 3.0 for years, though.

Multimedia over Coax Alliance has a new man in charge as org seeks commitments for a new 10-Gig-capable MoCA 3.0 spec and fights for relevancy as Wi-Fi starts to encroach on pieces of MoCA's turf.

@bascule following thread (but no insights. My ActionTech 2.5's handle 1G routinely, but don't see as much duty now since I ran fiber optic for ISP #2.)

@kennwhite I have 2.5GBASE-T (MoCA 2.5) right now with switches that support it on each side but it would be nice to go up to 10G everywhere on the backbone of my home network.

Would even be faster than some existing CAT5e runs too.
