The external drive I use for Time Machine backups refuses to unlock. I'll format it but It's probably time to replace it.

Woah. That drive is 9 years old going by the Amazon dispatch email. That is pretty good value for money, I think.

It's a WD 5TB Elements external drive in case anyone's interested.

Go for the same model again?
