How many times do you guys decide to meditate? How do you decide what's right for you? #meditation
@DatTux I don't know if you would call that "meditate", but walking is something which helps clearing my mind.
Also, weightlifting, alone on the platform, only me, the barbell, and the movement. There's a mix between being highly focused and having an empty mind which I feel like some sort of meditation.
Yeah, overall I need to move. Staying still when in need of clearing my mind only add to the problem.
