MossyAfter the last edition of #MossysMovieRankings with the #MonsterVerse got pretty loud and a lot got destroyed, my wife and I decided to relax by re-watching the Ocean's Trilogy over the past few days. We enjoy re-watching these films because they're great for unwinding. So, let's start with the ranking.
3rd Place: Ocean's 12
Unfortunately, the sequel cannot keep up with the first part. Even though the return of the entire original cast is pleasing and some gags are really good, the plot seems a bit too constructed. Moreover, the whole part with Julia Roberts and Bruce Willis is just terribly annoying. The soundtrack, however, is top-notch, but that's true for all films in the series.

2nd Place: Ocean's 13
The third part of the series returns more to its roots and offers a solid heist story, which convinces through the chemistry of the ensemble and a great atmosphere. All characters get a successful performance for the finale, and Al Pacino as the nuisance adds extra entertainment value.

1st Place: Ocean's 11
The first part of the series is unsurpassed in its mix of charm, wit, and clever burglary scenarios. With a high-caliber cast and excellent direction by Steven Soderbergh, it sets the standard for all subsequent heist movies. The chemistry is just right and it often ends up in the player for relaxation.
