Oregano is an under-valued herb in my opinion: I keep oregano oil in my medicine cabinet because it has amazing antibiotic and antiviral properties. Much prefer #organic medicines.

In the herb section of my garden the Oregano plant is hardy and reliable, I pick leaves and nibble on them when I'm passing. #naturalhealth #naturalantiviral
