#Oxford: just an hour ago, #cycling to the Cowley Rd bike shop, I zillions of stupid #cars stuck in the direction towards the city centre. Both St. Clements and Cowley Road jammed solid. Why would they all need to drive into the centre on a Fri afternoon??? I don't understand it. #CyclingCity #BanCars
