I can vouch for the fact that a smaller version, that my workplace used to be involved in, used to cause a fair few meltdowns amongst my students. They loved doing them, and often found the days helpful both from getting ideas for themselves and presenting at workshops, but we could rarely get anyone to do more than 1!
