@GottaLaff maybe add cnn to it?,
@makkhorn I doubt she could do that.

@GottaLaff @makkhorn

I agree that she should add CNN to a defamation lawsuit.

What did CNN expect would happen? This was a completely foreseeable outcome.

Disclaimer: not a lawyer.

@ashhobbit @makkhorn They gave him a platform: free speech. I don't see how she could hold them to account, esp. since he's a pres candidate.

@GottaLaff @makkhorn

I dunno. Things for a jury to decide:

- How much in $ damages were done?
- Who is responsible for those damages? (Or what % to attribute to each party.)

See Dominion v. Fox News

@ashhobbit Fox employees were sued. Trump's not a CNN employee. @makkhorn
@GottaLaff @ashhobbit @makkhorn I think you are correct. She’d have to sue Trump and she MIGHT have a case. You can’t sue everyone who puts a mile in front of her face.
@ChillVet Well you can, but it won't go too far, lol @ashhobbit @makkhorn
