I agree that she should add CNN to a defamation lawsuit.

What did CNN expect would happen? This was a completely foreseeable outcome.

I dunno. Things for a jury to decide:
- Was she harmed?
- How much in $ damages were done?
- Who is responsible for those damages? (Or what % to attribute to each party.)

@GottaLaff @ashhobbit @makkhorn They gave him a platform that could’ve been done on tape delay w/ corrections & honest commentary. They gave him an audience of nothing but supporters & falsely called it a townhall which further damaged her by making it appear there was a unilateral agreement to his disparaging comments & lies & which they knew would encourage him to be dishonest. Not the choice to have him on but I see some choices she might find actionable.

@Pineywoozle @ashhobbit @makkhorn While I agree with all of that, my only point is that I don’t see a successful lawsuit vs CNN, only vs Trump.
