Sharing videos files in encrypted WhatsApp communications is radicalizing Somalis with Russian disinformation at this time.

Most of the Wagner Group mercenaries in Ukraine are Somalis. This is bad.

Somalia is a poor country with people who resort to piracy in order to get money.

Exploitation is the issue here

Somalis in Canada and the USA are being radicalized by AI dubbed videos that were ripped from the UN's YouTube account, as an example.

It's been national security risk vector since 2015 and it's getting worse.

Income isn't the issue. They're living in the west and own homes.
