@DanielMenjivar In my old age, I'm trying to move from a "practice makes perfect" mindset to one of "practice makes progress."

All of the past week's pattern cloning has had me looking *very* closely at commercially made garments. One cannot help but notice the number of flaws and so, so many loose threads. Far more than I would even leave in a garment.

I'd wager that most of us striving for perfection in home sewing probably overshoot the mark in comparison to mass produced garments.
