I am happy to report that I now have an up-and-running Mastodon account reposting tweets from my “Anglophone Russia” Twitter list. My IFTTT applet is supposed to update pretty regularly, so hopefully it won’t lag too far behind all the tweets. Enjoy! @anglophonerussia
@anglophonerussia Sadly, the delay seems to be pretty significant. Not sure how practical a replacement this will be, but I’ll keep it running to see how it goes.
@anglophonerussia (Looks like it updates every hour or so. So bear that in mind.)
@kevinrothrock @anglophonerussia Cool, but it might be easier to just create a new list on Mastodon where you follow the same Twitter users via Bird Markup (like @drradchenko ).
@anderspuck @anglophonerussia @drradchenko Can Mastodon lists be shared publicly?
@kevinrothrock @anglophonerussia @drradchenko Good question. I’m sure there is some way, but I have no idea how technically challenging it is.

@kevinrothrock
You can download and upload files (.csv) with lists.

It's of course possible to publish those files on the web, but I don't think there's some built in Mastodon feature to share them. Maybe with the right client?

Also, try https://fedifinder.glitch.me/

Has today’s activity on Mastodon convinced you yet to just stay over here instead of propping up the derelict bird site?

@kevinrothrock looks like this stopped working - do you know if it’s fixable?
@ancientjames I have to work on it. It was always misbehaving and then it crapped out completely.
@kevinrothrock it’s a shame - my last vestige of twitter interaction was reading that list, unlogged-in
