@grobmeier They are fantastic games! I loved that point and click era, that transition from text parser to what we have now ❤️
@sayomgwtf I remember that text adventures too. When I was young I always wanted to play the games we have now, but today, I try to make the C64 emulator work :)
@grobmeier Those were the days, spending an hour trying to figure out which one was the correct verb whether "turn on" or "use" or "switch" or whatever I'm sure I'm forgetting right now :p
@sayomgwtf Imagine that for a non-native English-speaking kid. I have learned my most critical English terms using a dictionary and those games.
@grobmeier I was a bilingual kid too! Now I'm just a bilingual dork who is constantly confused, verbs or no verbs IRL haha
@sayomgwtf I wasn't really bi-lingual, I just wanted to make those games work :) Anyway, now you can do all that art, and that's a great language too!
