Being half-Russian and half-American really is like that meme “there are two wolves inside you”. I am literally made up of the DNA of countries that both hate one another. I’ve always felt a little weird growing up in the US. Once I told someone I was half-Russian and they literally told me “I’m sorry for you.” As if there’s something inherently wrong with my DNA. #RussianAmerican #Russia #UnitedStates #ethnicity
