Federal judge in Manhattan, #NYC, also finds that Trump defamed Carroll in a social media posting in which he called her allegations a 'con job.'
Federal court jury also awards Carroll $200,000 in punitive damages for defamation by former President Trump.
The verdicts by the jury of six men and three women in the Trump civil case were unanimous.
Damages Trump ordered by the civil jury to pay to Carroll is $5 million.
After the jury's announcement, Trump continues to insist he doesn't know who is E. Jean Carroll and the verdict is "a disgrace."
