This is probably the 4th or 5th time I've encountered a melted molex-to-SATA power y-splitter.
chipiguay - Pablo 😴@atoponce I read somewhere it's generally a bad idea to use such adapters. Better to use sata to sata Y splitter. I don't know the reasons though

ASR9000 decided to crater, but only *after* I tried rolling back a null route I was testing. And when I reloaded, it didn't come back.
I had to get someone out there to physically turn it off and then back on again. And that worked, but not before they did same to the WORKING part of the pair. :o(
