I guess true face of a company, similar to a person, shows up when things are not going super well. When money is free/infinite and you’re partying like 1634 (associative pic) it’s easy to have great perks, no accountability, etc. When shit hits the fan, you see how much of “we care about employees” there actually is - layoffs feel random and preferential, strategy in shambles, everyone’s running around like headless chickens.

@aras bad choice of words on my part, I heard rumours that Joachim left, and there are now rumours of Mike going... curious who's leading the dots initiative now, unless its already delivered on its mission statement - I haven't been following that closely
@MouseByTheSea Joachim stopped being a CTO a while ago, and Mike just left. But DOTS team has been led by other people for a while by now, I think. They are busy finishing Entities 1.0, I have no idea about future plans.
