'After days of heavy rains, the Sebeya river in western Rwanda burst its banks on Tuesday night. The subsequent flooding and mudslides killed at least 127 people, according to the government. Just before this, the country’s emergency management ministry told local New Times newspaper that 60 people had died in weather-related disasters since the start of the year."
