Conditions today for the #Stairmaster are quite “oppressive” ahead of a cold front sweeping through with storms tomorrow. (It isn’t normally held in May, but the covid reopenings late last year created an immediate avalanche of races to be held for various reasons.)

David Longo wins the (May) 2023 #Stairmaster Lantau men’s race in 3:16:54, ahead of CHENG Ka Sing (3:30:48) and Alexandre Reinert (3:32:07).
