Chief Justice Roberts, if SCOTUS were capable of policing themsrlves, they would have done so and not be in the situation they find themselves in now. End coruption, restore dignity and ethics to the court. Replace Roberts as Chief Justice, expand the court and impeach Thomas

Do any of the Ethics in Government Acts impose criminal penalties? My quick skim only showed a max $10k civil fine.
Even if the investigation is conclusive and decisive, Harlan Crow could send a check for $20k, saying here's $10k for the old offenses, and another $10k for this unethical gift.
As always, anything punished by a fine is legal for rich people.
