May is #mentalhealthawarenessmonth. This time last year I was in a tough spot. Shoulder pain, lack of sleep, anxiety, and in my 4 month of fight or flight … yes, every day for 4 straight months. all of my trains were trying to leave the station at the same time. It was miserable. I’m on the stairway to recovery. Ain’t no elevator for this process. Every day I want to make better than the day before. It’s not always better but I keep trying. I’m human.
