I would like to have our grassroots bicycling advocacy group read these recommendations for our next book club. I feel like we need "critical mass" to start to move things. Historically, I understand that Amsterdam's movement started with people revolting against the children's deaths through traffic violence. How did the protests evolve into re-engineering the streets? Thank you for any guidance.
