@shantini @steve “How women rise” has several examples and practices that I’ve experienced in tech throughout the years. Unfortunately there is no specific books for us.

I highly recommend you have a circle of tech women, some more senior than you, some less senior than you, that you can talk 1:1 during critical moments of your career. If opportunity comes, ask a more senior tech woman to be your mentor. But please, do get a safety circle for yourself. Also be the mentor for a junior woman.
