@DudleyStokes @MostlyHarmless Then your next goal should be telling a stubborn friend or family member (excluding anyone that might be a cause for your depression) to nag you until you get treated.

@andwhyisit @MostlyHarmless yea don’t really have that in my life. Friends/family way too wrapped up in their own. Plus it’s no one else’s responsibility but my own. I’m already going to therapy it’s just a long, expensive, frustrating and at times discouraging process.
