Right to Repair has successfully passed in Colorado! Now farmers will be able to repair their own equipment or take it to an independent shop instead of waiting for the manufacturer's tech to come out, often just to plug in a laptop. Nothing was cooler to me as a kid than a big John Deere tractor. Still, like any other massive company, shareholder profit is all that matters, and that's come at the cost of farmers being able to keep their business running when a repair is needed. This is a rare instance of legislation benefiting the working class without benefiting the ultra-wealthy way more. There's a push to pass Right to Repair laws across the country and all industries, and it's a worthy cause.
