Have I made it in the fandom now I've had my first callout?
Someone I screenshotted back in 2021 for his blatant and disgusting racism has included me in a YouTube video about how bad for his mental health the callout was. This is someone who has been repeatedly called out since 2018 for, among other things, defending police shootings and folks like Kyle Rittenhouse.
Now I have his angry simps in my mentions calling me a life-ruining liar.
I take mental health seriously, I really fucking do. But this feels like cashing in a chip on his shoulder now he's reaches an audience threshold on his YouTube and Twitch channels.
As if he hasn't deleted tweet after tweet of fetid bullshit to escape losing popularity and shirk responsibility.
I have never felt closer to throwing it all away and not coming back than yesterday.
I'm still tempted. I'm galled that he still has such a platform.
